Our story
It started with
too many herbs
and nowhere to put them.
Grove began in a kitchen in West Cork in 2019. I'd been growing and foraging herbs for years and decided to start blending them into teas I actually wanted to drink — not the insipid bags from the supermarket.
Every blend is designed to taste like something real: the forest after rain, a slow Sunday morning, the last warm evening of September. Made in batches of 50, always by hand.
