How it works.

01

Just turn up

No sign-up, no fee, no membership. Be at Kopli 25 by 07:05 (morning) or 18:25 (evening) on Wednesday. Look for the group.

02

Pick your run

Easy 5K on Wednesday morning or evening, or the longer Sunday run. Same friendly pace, nobody too fast or too slow.

03

Run together

Nobody runs alone and nobody gets left behind. Leaders loop back so the group finishes as one.

04

Stay for coffee

Warm down with the crew — coffee, a chat, and the week's plans. Half the reason people keep coming back.

The crew

Your run leaders.

Volunteers, every one of them. They set the pace, sweep the back, and know every pothole on the Kopli lines.

Why people keep coming back.

I came once ‘just to try’ one Wednesday and haven't missed many since. It's the best start to the day.

Kristiina P.
Running since 2024

I couldn't run 2K when I started. The Sunday long run got me to my first half-marathon this spring.

Tõnu R.
Running since 2024

It's the people as much as the running. The evening run plus coffee after is my midweek reset.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

When and where do you run?

Every Wednesday at 07:10 and 18:30 for an easy 5K, plus a longer Sunday run. We always start and finish at Kopli 25 in Põhja-Tallinn.

Do I need to be fit?

No. The Wednesday 5K is run and walked at a chatting pace and nobody is ever left behind. Everyone starts somewhere.

How much does it cost?

Nothing, ever. Kopli Sörk is a volunteer-run MTÜ (non-profit) and will always be free. No membership, no sign-up fee.

What if it rains — or gets cancelled?

We run rain or shine. A run is only called off for genuinely dangerous weather (storm or black ice) — if so, we post the cancellation on Instagram the night before.

Can I bring my dog or a buggy?

Yes — dogs on a lead and running buggies are welcome on the easy Wednesday 5K. Just let the leader know at the start.

See you out there.

Drop your email and we'll send the week's runs and any cancellations. Or just follow us on Instagram and turn up. No spam, just runs.
