Marais · Paris · Est. 2018

Seasonal cooking, natural wines,
a wood-fired hearth.

A small French bistro tucked behind Place des Vosges. Twelve tables, a short menu that changes weekly, and an honest list of growers' wines.

About the house

A neighbourhood table, run slowly and well.

Chef Olivier Marchand cooks from a single market trip each morning. The menu is short — three starters, three mains, two desserts — and changes with what arrived.

The room seats twelve. We don't take parties of more than six. Reservations open every Sunday for the following week.

Bring your own bread? Always. Send the kitchen a note? Even better.
