Q.01Do I own the website?
Yes. The code is yours, the domain is yours, the content is yours. If you ever want to leave, we hand over everything — no lock-in, no proprietary platform.
Q.02What's included in the monthly care plan?
Hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, and a set amount of content tweaks each month (15 min on Starter, 1 hour on Growth, more on Store). It's what keeps the site fast, secure, and current.
Q.03Can I cancel the care plan?
Anytime. Cancel and you keep the site — we'll help you move hosting to your own account. The setup fee is one-time; nothing is locked behind the subscription.
Q.04Why not just use a website builder?
Builders are a good starting point, but they come with platform lock-in, monthly fees, and templates shared by thousands of other businesses. We build from scratch — the result is faster, ranks better on Google, and is designed for your business specifically.
Q.05What if I need changes after launch?
Small tweaks are included in the care plan. Bigger changes (new pages, new features) we quote separately — fair and transparent.
Q.06Do you do logos / branding?
Not from scratch. We'll work with what you have, or recommend a designer if you need one before we start.
Q.07How long does a website take?
The free demo is typically live in 2–3 days. Personal and Starter take about a week, Growth about two, and a store build about three. We confirm the timeline before we start — and we keep to it.
Q.08What's the catch with the free demo?
There isn't one. We build a real one-page site on a Vercel subdomain so you can judge our work before paying anything. Love it — we move it to your own domain on a paid plan. Don't — you walk away owing nothing.
Q.09Will my site show up on Google?
Every paid plan includes the SEO groundwork: fast load times, clean structure, meta tags, and a sitemap. Rankings still take weeks, not days — Growth adds analytics so you can watch the climb.
Q.10What do you need from me to get started?
A logo if you have one, a few paragraphs about your business, some photos, and a clear idea of what you want visitors to do. We shape the rest together on the discovery call — polishing the copy is included.
